With the weather starting to turn, one of our kids favorite things to do is go to Veterans Park. It is a large park with lots to do, it even has Batting Cages and a skate park!!!!! You should give it a look, It's only 1.75 miles from our house.

Signing with agent in next 2 Weeks
We will be signing with an agent within the next 2 weeks, so this price won't last long!!!! Signing with an agent will make us a lot less flexible in pricing. If you have an offer out there, it is time to make it, who knows, we might accept it!!!!!!! You will love this house!!!!!!
